Dear o2,
Please get back in contact with me, as I am in a loop where costs are unfairly spiralling up.
For some reason my credit card block O2. now my payment was late, which resulted in my o2 not working (can't call and can't use data). When I try to ******ing pay my bill, it never ******ing works.
How the ****** is this even happening, why is a full ******ing payment system not workign normally?
For real this is just harrassment, where I can't solve the ******ing issue on my own, and can't get into contact with O2.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
