Can't claim my free chromebook

I bought the Samsung S21 and it won't let me claim my free chromebook, I get to the part where it says upload proof of purchase but nothing happens got an email yesterday saying ghis was fixed but it's still not working I've been trying at least 3 times a day from the 19/10/21 but still can't get it done

@Correen55 Hi, check the proof of purchase image you are trying to upload is the right format type and within the maximum size.

No not yet got an email from o2 they are going to try it through email, so hopefully this will work
