Calls keep dropping

Hi

The problem is that calls keep dropping when I am in my local area, this also happens with my mother's phone as well. It does not happen out with this area.

We both have different phone but are both with O2 my phone is a Sony Xperia 1 iii and her is a Samsung.

This has been going on since about December 2022 when we got a message from O2 saying work was being done in our area I waited this long to ask for help in the hope it would sort it self out but it hasn't.

I haven't called O2 because calls keep dropping and I would just get no where, I have no landline phone because I have not needed one, because of this I can't call doctors the bank or pretty much anyone official because calls always drop and I get no where or people think it's a nuisance call and don't pick up again.

Can someone please help me.

Yes it didn't help calls still drop no matter where I am in my local area
