Call Forwarding

I want to activate call forwarding to another mobile but this isn't enabled. How can I do this please?
When I go into the settings, it allows me to enter the forwarding number and the says 'Failed to read data'.

You need to disable wifi calling first.
It needs to be done on the handset but if you don't use it then you need to call O2 to disable the bolt on from your account.

Many thanks for your prompt response. I've disabled wifi calling but it still says the same. I'll have to contact O2.
