Hi,
I am an O2 customer on a SIM only contract for my personal phone number which is on the O2 SIM in my device. I have received the PAC code from Vodafone for my work phone number, which is currently an eSIM on the same device.
How do I take that PAC code from Vodafone to O2 in order to get an O2 eSIM for my work phone number?
Thanks!

You'll need a new contract with O2 and then port your number to it.

You need to take out a contract on O2 and give them the PAC code.
Knowing how O2 work I would start with a plastic SIM then call into an O2 shop with Photo ID to get it changed
