Hope someone can help me please?
When I contacted O2 to find out how to see my bill etc - this was done ok except for 1 thing. I specifically asked if there was a tear off strip at the end of the bill (on line) that I could print off and take to the bank and pay the bill as there is an HSBC where I live. I was assured that there was and I asked more than once .to confirm However when I go into the bill I have looked everywhere - no tear off strip to print off and take to the bank so customer services I believe don't seem to know what they are talking about. I do not do internet banking nor have a smart phone.
As for Aura the chat thing - it's a robot and can't answer anything !!

@Amymills1994 Whatever the agents say the systems will cut you off automatically for non payment
