Dear O2 Community,

I received a text message on Thursday morning that my sim card has a bar on it and I can't make phone calls, send text messages, and can't use my data. I can't call customer service as I can't make phone calls with my Sim card. I would like an O2 customer service member to contact me.

@TB3

This is not Customer Services but a Customer to Customer Forum.

o2 wont contact you, you can use another phone and call customer services on 0344 809 0202 and they will be able to help you.

Or you can  just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If you’re payg then you must have run out of credit?? Or have you not topped up in the previous six months?? Only other possible reason would involve some kind of fraudulent use (not saying by you). Customer service is the only way to go
