For months I have no reception in Middleton center(m24).I spend several hours a day-there-what can i do apart from getting new phone and diffy network?and my phone is of no use for either calls or wifi.I would change provider but am on contract

Take a look ate the articles linked here, @Eamon1998 - and get hold of and configure the O2 My Network app so you can get proactive reports when a mast in your area is in difficulties.
If you do decide to switch networks, first try PAYG offerings from the other networks before going through the transfer from O2 to another network, @Eamon1998.
