Hi,

I bought an apple watch with O2 paying monthly.

The watch has stopped working - i am unable to swipe up or down or left or right.

Please can you advise me what i can do now?

Thanks

We are all customers here so have no access to O2 systems.

With Apple I suggest people go to Apple direct, especially if you are in warranty

I suggest edit your post to remove your account number and phone number as this is a public forum and those details would help a fraudster.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
