I’ve upgraded both phones on my contract. I decided to get an Apple Watch too. I linked it to the wrong number (my daughters) not mine. So I need to change the airplane on the watch to sync with my number on the contract. I’ve looked at all the apps my o2, Apple Watch. Rang customer services. Said I need to speak to the Apple Watch team who with everything going on aren’t available. So passed me on to o2 guru for guidance in how to do this.
