Hi everyone,I’ve got a new Apple Watch and an iPhone SE (fully updated the phone and watch).I’ve set it up with the phone and go to set up mobile data,first it said 02 Activating for 2 days then after 2 hours waiting to be connected with 02 they cut us off,online chat were useless and after resetting the Watch twice we got a message that 02 were loading the plan but nothing in my 02 account and now the Watch says no connection to server and try again later.I’ve been onto 02 again and they put me through to sales who cut us off.
do we just leave 02 ??

No Sadly nothing,we have taken out a new contract but that hasn’t rectified the issue,we tried on EE and that didn’t work but tried on my husbands iPhone 13 and it will do it,so no idea.
