Hi there. I have no data on my Apple ultra. I have spoken to O2 on numerous occasions and other than getting pushed from pillar to post I get nowhere. I can receive calls but there is no data whatsoever. I’ve tried everything. I’m sick of holding on calls for an hour or more to then have to speak to someone who tells me that there’s a problem with a data cell in my area. What a load of codswallop. I’m paying for a service that I don’t get. It’s not fair and no one seems to be able to resolve this issue. Is there anyone out there than can actually help pls? Thanks

Have CS or Sales set your O2 account up for an iPhone, and made sure you have idata in your APN, @Andrew181799?
