I can't use my phone for calls or internet, u think I may be out if contract?

Contracts don't just end @Ryan26, you (or o2) have to give notice of termination - usually by calling and/or using a PAC to move your number.

If you phone is no longer working then you need to understand why:

If none of those work then you would need to contact customer services.

There are some alternatives to calling 202 in the guides below, along with hints on getting through to somone.
