All calls unknown number

Hi Ive recently upgraded to a galazy s23 and did a sim swap, bow Most of my calls are coming in as unknown numbers. I've tried calling 202 and the lovely lady didn't know how to help me. Been to the 02 shop. 3 people didn't know what to do. Messaged in Facebook (took days to get a reply) says reset network settings. 02 shop did another sim swap and still my calls are coming in most of the time as unknown callers.  Anyone have any ideas how to sort this I'd be very grateful

if switching off WiFi and 4g calling on the phone does not help, it may need the help of O2 CS, they can be reached via Social Media; the link just below this post tells you how to reach them (Twitter, Facebook or Instagram), @Claire341 - good luck!

Many thanks. I've tried reaching out on Facebook but I haven't had a reply since Monday. I'll try the 4g calling (didn't know about this)  I've already turned wifi calling off. Thanks again.

Thanks yes I found it and turned it off. Just waiting for someone to call now to see if it works. As it's random and sometimes the calls come in with who it is and sometimes not. I reached out again last night on Facebook messenger. Many thanks again.
