Hi, I am trying to activate my son’s new Apple Watch on the O2 network. I have followed all the advice from the boards re-pairing the device after the “activating” message was spinning in the watch app. Now a message comes up saying quote the code 08 to customer support. It doesn’t seem to mean anything to anyone. They have pointed me back to Apple or an o2 store to resolve the problem. It is certainly not apples problem, so hope that o2 tech support can help. I have two phones on my account.
