i have a new apple watch and iphone, i have tried setting up mobile data on my apple watch SE (2024) since christmas day and it just says wait 24 hours and i still have nothing atall, i have spoken to support and even been into the store twice and i have even spoken to apple bene sent back to o2, just been told to wait i’m literally getting nowhere please help?

hi if you purchased the watch from Apple then there’s a problem because I personally brought six from Apple that all had returned because you just cannot get them to work with O2. so I’m not sure if you purchased it from Apple direct . I ended up buying more from O2 and I had a different problem with mine wouldn’t text and O2 have just confirmed now to the ombudsman that is impossible to text from an O2 Apple Watch unless your phone is with you all the time. Hope this helps in someway.
