Good morning,

I would like to download our bill for May 2024, as I have done every month for the last three years.  However, now I have to be sent a code - that never arrives.  I've phoned 3 times this morning and spent over an hour on hold.

I dialled the Business Customer services number that appears on your website. The first call went through to Corporate not Business and and I was cut off whilst being transferred.  The second call to the Business Customer Support also went to Corporate and when I got through to Business your agent hung up.  My third call was answered after 23 minutes on hold but the agent 'couldn't hear me'.

All I want to do is print off a bill for tax and audit purposes.  Can you help please?

This information shows the number that I've already tried.

I am aware that this is the Community and not Customer Service.

There's more than numbers to try and if you are aware that this isn't customer service you should also be aware that we cannot access accounts to help, sorry.
