I have been and apple and o2 customer for 10 years+.
I was on business contract and bought a cellular iwatch 6 months ago.
data would not connect. I spent endless hours/days talking to o2 support and even spent 3 hours in o2 shop.
dofferent stories from everyone as to why it wouldn’t connect.
I followed their advice including:
set up new consumer account (at my own expense - work was paying for business account)
changed to e sim
waited for month for account to settle
rest phone and watch endless times
etc etc etc
they finally told me it was because I had not had a consumer account before so credit was not good. I frontloaded £100 credit - still no connection.
they said wait 6 months and all will be fine. 6 months now passed and still no connection.
a total shambles and watch is next to useless
