I am shortly getting an IPhone 14 pro, will I need to order a new sim to get 5g?

Yes you will need a 5g sim if yours is not already 5g.

If you're getting the phone from O2, they will send a new sim with the phone, if not, pop into any O2 store for one or get on posted out to you. 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
