My number didn't swap to the supplied sim and appears to be absolutely no customer call centre for transferring customers or it is hidden.

Has your old sim stopped working?

If you are changing from O2-O2 you need to do a sim swap using the old sim

Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

If you ported from another network

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

All other numbers and methods of contact are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

The sim they sent through isn't working and my old phone company doesn't allow me to call 202. I'm just going to cancel my contract, that I can't call them off anything but the sim they provide is a massive red flag.

It would have been a blank sim they sent

The port hasn't been actioned so calling them is your best option

Use Skype or if possible, borrow a phone

Your solution for them not having a working customer line is to pay money to skype to attempt to call them...

0800 numbers are free on Skype or any other wifi based social networks

I'll mention @O2Emma and @O2Ryan to see if they can help you
