I would try your bank to see if they can trace the payment to the mobile number. If so you would then have to liase with O2 to see if they can transfer the payment to your account. Also check whether your bank can re-call the payment.

You need to speak to customer service on 202 to find out if your account has been credited. Please don't rely on webchat to do this. Was the payment made online or by the automated system?
