I have just found that 4G and wifi calling have been stopped on my phone. I donated to Comic Relief and spent over my cap without thinking about it - could this be why? there is no useful or easy way to contact O2 - can't phone them for example and the help pages don't allow a question that's not pre-programmed for answer. Not good customer support.

Overspending on your spend cap will not stop wifi calling for normal included phone calls.
Wifi calling uses your allowances, so if you still have call allowances, you should still be able to use it.
Check it is still turned on in your MyO2 and in your phone settings.
Sometimes, rebooting the phone can help too.
Otherwise, you need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
