I have entered my PUK 10 times in new phone and am therefore blocked and cannot connect to the network. No EMail address and Chatline is hopeless

@Tony31

All the ways to contact o2 can be found here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 and there is no email support, why you want to send personal details via an insecure method baffles me..

Also Guide: What code do I need: PAC or PUK will help..

Also borrow a phone and call o2... or pop into an o2 store...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

@Tony31

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/sims-and-numbers/unblock-your-phone

The Automated call line also works for PUK if you can use another phone.

Call 202 from any O2 mobile (or 0344 809 0202 standard UK rate from any other phone)

and say or key in your own phone number when prompted.

when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 3 Your PUK will be read to you, so have a pen and paper handy.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Then if that's the case, I'll simply say you got yourself into this mess, you will have to get yourself out of it.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Not at all, its straight to the point and factual.. and is based on the information provided by you...

You posted on a customer to customer community, this is not o2 support...

I wish you the best in sorting it out YOURSELF..
