My volt extras have stopped being applied yet no changes made. Still 02 and virgin customer. It says on app I'm getting them but I'm not

Virgin Media/Customer service 0345 454 1111

O2 Contract CS: 202 from your O2 phone.

If you changed your plan it might take up to 14 days to be reapplied 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
