Resolved! Higher bill than expected

Hi This message says I get free roaming in Europe. So Why was I charged for 'Charges when abroad' at £2.90?This bill is far higher (£12.78) than the promised continuation price from Virgin at £9.30. Not too happy up to now! Catherine Greenall
