@vaughnkelly

Yes you do.

You pay off what you owe on the device plan which leaves you free to upgrade.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @vaughnkelly , what phone are you looking at upgrading to? slight_smile

Hope you got all the information you needed about upgrading and the Refresh tariff, but don't hesitate to pop back in if you have any further questions anytime.
