2 questions; recently upgraded and my phone arrived but my cover didnt? do O2 send them separately?

also NHS discount? how do i do this? i have 28 days to inform O2

I have had my phone since August 2018. I pay 41 pounds per month for the phone and data bills. It's a Huawei P20 pro and I think I paid £100 up front. When will I receive an upgrade?

It would depend on the length of the contract you took. You can check on my02 when your upgrade is due.
