unable to phone 111 using o2 ??

I just tried to phone 111 using my o2 pay monthly phone and it doesn't even attempt to ring.

im from Northern Ireland and the service should have been running 4 days ago for NI users, has o2 not enabled it yet here ?

As far as we know it should be free for all O2 users

its not the cost, its that it won't ring.

I just meant that it should be available for all O2 users.

I wasn't aware that NI should be any different and nothing is mentioned in the press release either.

Do other calls work OK?
