I just tried to phone 111 using my o2 pay monthly phone and it doesn't even attempt to ring.im from Northern Ireland and the service should have been running 4 days ago for NI users, has o2 not enabled it yet here ?

Calls and text work ok, data is pretty much unusable, it's either to slow or times out.Tried on multiple devices
