i bought 5x tado wifi heating theromosats, after, finding out i need extra box for them for water heating (which o2 don't keep, i returned them)
i have contacted customer services 3 times about this now, im due a £187 refund.
first time i was told, yes we will get that sorted for you (after phoning about it and giving them proof of postage)
2nd time we will process that and it will straight into my bank account on the billing day (week ago now, didn't happen)
3rd time phoned on the billing day, they see the refund payment is pending, but it wont process due to a system fault on my account. - 5 working days for there IT department to fix it.
still waiting, simply not good enough.
I paid using a debit card on the website, yet o2 wants to put on it on my o2 pay month bill. WHY !! its nothing to do with my bill.
What would happen if i had a o2 pay and go number and bought acessories on the o2 website, would they give me £187 pay and go credit !!
How hard is it to give me a simple refund??
