Thinking of moving to a cheaper company , how do I get my PAC code so I can keep my phone number ?

To be honest it's not easy taking a UK number overseas and probably better to change to a local number. You would have to inform all your contacts which country and country code they would need so why not just inform them of a new number. If it's just a case of keeping your number in case you return to the UK then port it to P&G on any network.
