I am not an 02 PAYG/PAYM customer. on 4th October I recently purchased some phone accessories from the o2 shop. I created an account and used PayPal to pay for the transaction. The he website does say "If you’ve ordered an accessory that’s being delivered by Royal Mail, you won’t be able to track your order. But don’t worry, it will be with you within five working days" but this has now passed and I have not received any emails from o2 . Some of the items I wanted are now showing out of stock so it this could be a reason for me not receiving the order but it's very poor from o2 not to keep me informed. I have attempted to chat to someone about this but can't get connected to customer service. any help would be appreciated

It could be a stock issue
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
