hi there

about a week ago a fraud ticket was opened by myself as someone managed to get into my o2 account and setup a rolling sim contract number ending 037 in that time a direct debt was set up which i contacted the bank and had anew card set up and changed my banking details now i was told someone would contact me from o2 and that i wouldnt be charged for the rolling sim as it wasn't me who set it up and now the payment is being taken on the 17th of december and i still havent heard anything from yourselves nor can i cancel this please fix this i have been a loyal customer for many years and this is unacceptable

You'll need to pay until the fraud dept have completed the investigation.

If ruled in your favour, you will be refunded.

No one will give you any more info until the investigation is complete and this often takes a long time with O2.
