Frozen Tickets Raby Castle

I bought 7 tickets for the Frozen screening at Raby Castle, I have received the receipt and made the payment which has left my account, however I haven't received the actual tickets?

 

The screening is tomorrow and I have contacted weticketit via email but I can't find any telephone numbers etc to sort this out?
