Tickets for concert missing

I believe I didn’t use the correct email address when buying the tickets, I have my order number, how do I get the tickets now? Thanks

Who did the tickets come from?

If Ticketmaster, you'll need to give them a call. 

Just to say, tickets often aren't dispatched or emailed immediately. They come nearer the concert date. 

Either way, it's best to give them a call.
