Issue accessing my 02 account

I have a 02 mobile broadband device and in order to access my account (I have been logged out presumably because of inactivity) it wants to send a text to verify but obviously I cannot accept SMS messages on a mobile broadband device! How do I regain access to me account for billing etc?

Put the sim in a phone and get the text message as this is the only way.. 

And a lot of MBB devices can and do receive SMS so its not obvious...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
