I have swapped from pay monthly to pay as you go but want to keep my number how long does it take?

You should receive your new sim in a day or two with your number on it, which you can use immediately.

@mcf The sim swap should take up to 24 hours to complete

You can't sim swap from monthly to PAYG tho.... It needs to be done by customer services as the contract needs to be cancelled and a new PAYG sim issued.
