sim swap - now neither work

I've been given an iPhone 4 to use as o2 refuse to repair my htc for less that £300(!) and was given a microsim by an o2 shop. i was told in 24 hours by number will be transferred and in less than 10 minutes my original sim stopped working... it has now been more like 50 hours and the new sim still doesnt work. this is on contract by the way... which i wont be renewing if this doesnt get sorted soon! any help muchly appreciated!

You really need to contact o2 on the contact us link at the bottom of the page and ask whats going on
