Thanks a lot I have nearly £10 on my phone and you have gave it away to someone else. O2 must be extra careful when replacing sim cards. Great. I am really annoyed with your services.  I hope I have a great deal when I complain big time in the shop.

O2 gave away your phone with almost £10 on it?

O2 gave away your SIM Card with almost £10 on it?

O2 simply gave someone almost £10 "out of your phone"?

 

I dont believe that they would just give someone else your phone.

If they gave away your SIM card, then you wouldnt have the same number any more, and any credit should have been moved to the new number. This would be easy for customer services to resolve if you contact them by phone.

 

More info is needed...
