Despite numerous attempts with email instructions from an o2 advisor I cannot get or send pictures from my recently bought Nokia 201. Even from my local o2 shop. Any suggestions please.

MMS uses data, it doesn't matter if you don't have a 3g connection, it will use 2g. Also, you cannot send mms over wifi. If your phone has the correct settings and data is turned on then the issue will be with your account. You need to ask cs to remove MMS from your account and reprovision it, Basically this means deleting and re applying, but it is the important step to getting MMS working.

I had a similar problem on my phone recently although it might not be the same problem as you are facing. I could not send MMS messages from my new iphone 5 even though it was set up correctly. After a long conversation with o2 they discovered i dont get 3g in my area and cannot use my data connection. But i dont mind i prefer wifi. Hope this could help.
