iv recently cracked my Samsung s20 screen I'm looking on going into o2 for a repair but I know I won't be able to afford the price in one.does anyone know if o2 spread the cost or add it on to my contract device balance. thanks

They will give you a quote when you send it off and if you accept the cost, you have to pay it before they return the phone to you.

Do you have any home or bank insurance you can claim from instead?
