I've been cut off once already ., . . .15 mins later still no joy .. . . why doesn't O2 put on a link to claim on insurance so can do it oline eh!

From the help pages it seems it's best to call them:
Once we have registered your claim and you have provided all the details needed, you'll be transferred to O2 Insure who will process your claim. Please remember, your bills need to be paid up-to-date, otherwise your O2 Insure policy will lapse and you won't be able to make a claim.

When I wanted to pay off my plan and get my PAC I was in a queue for about 30 minutes (I had to hang up after that) as I chose 'Are you thinking of leaving us?' When I phoned back I selected the option to speak to someone about my account and got straight through.
