My samsung s6 is going straight to answer phone. Any ideas?

Airplane mode is off. Blue tooth is off.

Dial ##002# to cancel all diverts.

Are you able to make calls and send/receive texts?

Try cleaning your sim card and rebooting the phone.. Also check your postcode here:
