When I moved from PAYG to contract a few years back, I rang them on 4445. They advised a contract would suit me better as my top ups were getting ridiculous when I travelled to Spain. They put me through to the Pay Monthly team and within a week I had my new phone and contract and kept my existing number. It was as easy as that...
