Re: pay as you go

Hi @noddy you need to pay off the remainder of your contract then ask to be put on pay as you go but make sure to ask to be put on the classic pay as you go if you don’t want a big bundle

Hi just call customer services on 202 to change tariff.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Not sure if this is helpful as you want to move from payg but you can also get a pac code and transfer your number to a new network if you ever wanted to.

Re: pay as you go

When I moved from PAYG to contract a few years back, I rang them on 4445. They advised a contract would suit me better as my top ups were getting ridiculous when I travelled to Spain. They put me through to the Pay Monthly team and within a week I had my new phone and contract and kept my existing number. It was as easy as that...Smiley Wink
