a text said my airtime plan was out of minimum contract. I only changed it a few months ago so was surprised. it also said i would be charged £10 a month from now on. I called last week and was assured that the text didnt take my £10 discount into account and that i was still on the same airplan and all was well. however, O2 has taken £10 extra from my account. I cant get through and cant navigate round this site to see how i can chat to a guru as i you used to be able to. Can someone please help?

You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

It sounds as though you had a loyalty discount or bonus on your account
These discounts only apply to the minimum term of a contract
You would need to negotiate a further discount with customer service or the Retention team
