For severaL months now O2 has claimed that I made overseas calls to Armenia - this is incorrect. The problem is that it is almost impossible to speak to anyone at O2.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Contact O2 for a full refund of all charges.
O2 are aware of the issue but claim they can do nothing to stop them.
