Once these scammers have a live number, they will keep on selling the lists on.
All you can really do is ignore and block the numbers until they give up.

It would appear that these unwanted calls from Armenia, like the previous nuisance calls from Guinea, are not confined to O2 with reports today [Sunday] by scam monitors of calls being received in various parts of the UK on various networks.
Please do not reply to "missed" calls or text messages, as the call may be to a premium rate international number with a very high charge.
