How long does it take for O2 to process a return? I mistakenly ordered the wrong phone and when the courier arrived he took the device straight back so I didn’t even touch the parcel. The parcel has been sitting at DPD’s depo for 3 days.

It can take upto 14days for them to process it, how long it takes DPD to send it on is anyones guess, but it should be sent straight back.

I do know that DPD are having capacity issues at the moment.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
