order problems

i recently ordered a samsung s9 which stated i would recieve a free samsung galaxy tab but even though i checked out with this in basket and have a picture of the offer i chose i didnt recieve it and my 'order' states the samsung tab was never in it? quite dissapointed in this as i chose o2 due to this special offer i was entitled too

hI @orderproblems If you check the terms and conditions it states the Tablet will be dispatched 14-40 days after qualifying purchases https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/samsung/galaxy-s9

This is to ensure you dont return the phone within the 14 day cooling off period

Hi I have the same query and have spent an hour on web chat with no result! They tell me I need a leaflet to claim the free tablet (which I don't have) so I don't know how to claim the free tablet? I purchased the s9 on this offer on 7th June. Can anyone help?? Many thanks
