On my account with O2 I had 2 devices registered- a pay monthly and a pay as you go. Today when I tried to use my pay as you go mobile it wouldn't let me.I knew there was some credit on his phone so I decided to check my account and found that my phone and it's credit have disappeared of my account. I would appreciate an explanation for this. Yours I J Macleod

Just give them a call and as long as it hasn't been deactivated for too long, they will reconnect you and the credit will be back on the sim 24 hours later.

Hi @Anonymous When did you last use your PAYG phone? If its been longer than 6 months you may find the number has been lost....However this isn't customer services. You will need to call them to check as we have no access to your account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Edited to ask you to remove your phone number please.
